3. Why don't you plan a beach wedding & then find an officiant to perform it. Type into Yahoo your city, start & wedding officiant (no 's' on the end) You will have a few to choose from. Or you can go to the vridal sites but the make a vendor or officiant pay for your contact info, so a lot of times you just don't hear back.
