Are there any free or cheap wedding chapels in Atlantic City or Philadelphia?

I want to get married soon, like in the next couple of weeks and I am looking for the cheapest place possible in either Philadelphia, Pa OR Atlantic City. NO guests needed...just an intimate wedding for two.

1. It is called your local courthouse. Just give them a ring and they can help you. Its about 75 dollars up in Bergen County and you need two witnesses.
