Where can i buy plain hair pins to make my own wedding hair accessories?

I want to decorate hair pins to match my wedding theme and cannot find plain hair pins (not the bobby pins). Tried ebay and my local chemist. The only ones I could find are the already decorated ones. Any ideas??
