I want to start a wedding accessories business, help please!?

I'm only seventeen and although it seems strange at my age Id like to start a business selling wedding accessories, stuff like ; place cards, gifts, confetti, order of service lists, personalised champagne glasses. The extra pieces that you have at the wedding reception. Id like to specialise in personalised accessories too. I plan to set up a website for my business, showing the products we offer then orders must be placed by phone or by mail order. Whats the first steps for me to do? All advice is VERY much appreciated!
