Any sites to buy small sized rings from?

I'm trying to find some sites that sell small ring sizes. I'm getting married this summer and need to find a ring. Looked at one at a store I liked but it couldn't be made to the size I need. I'm needing a size 3.5 in a ladies ring. I'm mainly looking for a site that has white gold wedding bands other than just the plain ones.
