Does it mean anything to have a wedding band on both sides of the engagement ring to make a set?
My engagement ring is a thin solo band with a diamond and I want to make it into a thicker ring when I add my wedding band. Is it breaking any "rules" to have a thin band on both sides?

- No. This is you wedding ring and you should have it how you like it. Mine sounds a lot like yours and I just bonded the two smaller bands around my engagement ring and it looks beautiful. Congratulations!!! And good luck : )
