L2 spouse visa without marriage photos or wedding invitation cards possible?
Hi all, I am in the states on an L1 and recently married my long term girl friend when she visited me last time here in the US. We did not make a big deal out of it and just took the free court ceremony and also didn't do any wedding celebration because there was not enough time and money to do it. Now that I've read all the L2 visa requirements I've found that US immigration wants to see a full wedding picture album as well as invitation cards but I just don't have that. Does anyone has experiences if that would cause implications if she applies for a L2 visa or if there are any other ways to convince US immigration that our marriage is true and lawful? Thanks a bunch.
