- There are many books in the library and book stores that have just the ideas that you are looking for.
- Don't be so concerned about the decorations as the theme of the party - most people only go to get free food and drinks anyway - do whatever you want.
- go to google or yahoo and search for wedding decoration ideas. maybe there will be something for it.
- Keep it simple; watch the movie The Inlaws.
- Invest in a copy of a bridal magazine such as "Canadian Bride," "Modern Bride," or one of the many others you can find in a bookstore or elsewhere. These are chock full of ideas and are also about 80% ads, any one of which will forward you catalogues or direct you to a website. Actually, I got these mags free while shopping for my wedding dress - they gave them away at the bridal shop. Don't let yourself be talked into the most expensive stuff, either - I was married last October in an outdoor ceremony, about 45 guests, and came in at under $2000 with hors d'oeuvres, Wedding Cake, Plenty of fresh flowers and autunm leaves for decorations. Everyone loved the wedding and commented on how genuine it was.
