Need some advice on wedding vow renewal date.?

My wedding date is Dec.3.Me and my husband want to renew our vows (it will be 10 years)The problem is its in winter time and I do not have a house big enough for every one.So it would have to be done outside,but then it might be to cold for the elders.My grandmother wanted me to have it in June or July.And if I have it in June can I use the winter colors for the decorations.This is the time our families get together and see me and my husband recite our vows to one another.When we got married we went to the justice of the peace.We had a lot of hard times and now we are starting over fresh.Bottom line no one thought we would last.So now we want to do this right,in front of or families.We are not having a wedding,more like an anniversary with renewing the vows with the clergy.So even though we got married in december can we do our renewal in june.I want this to be special.

1. I've always wanted to do a renewal of vows at the drive through chapel in Las Vegas by the Elvis impersonator. You can do this whenever you like. We missed 25 and 30. Maybe we should do it at the 40 year .
2. Do it when ever you want. The date doesnt make it special its that you two are sharing it together with you family and friends.
