How should I wear my hair, and what kind of accessories with this wedding dress?

I'm getting married in Vegas during the summer, so it's going to be HOT! I have very thick, wavy, shoulder length hair. I was hoping to do an updo, but not a TIGHT updo that makes you look like you had a facelift. Also, I will not be wearing a veil.
