can i get a big diamond on a titanium band?

I want my engagement and wedding bands to be titanium, or maybe even black titanium, but the only titanium bands I have seen with diamonds, have a little tiny diamond. Is it possible to get nice sized diamonds in a titanium band?

1. A Jeweler will do anything you want as long as you have the money. That's their job. I didn't think Titanium was as popular as say another similar color of platinum.
2. If you got the money they can make the adjustments.
