Really curly hair?
I have really curly hair that forms like ringlets if I let it dry down. I have been growing it out because I want like soft curls sort of like Miley Cyrus when her hair is slightly curly. Or like Isla Fisher hair (Gloria (the red head that hooks up with Vince Vahn) in Wedding Crashers). My hair is not that long yet but when straight it is about 4 inches below my shoulder and when curly it is like 1 and 1/2 to 2 inches below my sholders. I would just like soft curls almost waves not the extream curls I have. So if anyone could give me some hints that would be great. I cannot use a ton of products because I have very sensitive skin and greasy or oily stuff makes my neck break out. There are even some shampoos and conditioners that I cannot use. Right now I am using Aussie Moist for shampoo and conditioner and Garnier Fructis Leave in Condioner. Both have done great things for my hair. If you could give me some suggestions that would be great. I have looked at some of the rollers but I was not sure what size to get. I do own a straightening iron but I rarely use it. It is really old and does not work that great. I do not own a hair drier or curling iron so I want to make sure I know what I am getting before I spend money on something that is not going to work. Thanks for all the suggestions so far.

- maybe u should use pantene shine. it makes ur hair shiny and smooth and takes away all the naughts wen u just brush thru it after u take a shower. it also slighty curls ur hair sum times.
- keihls products are best for curly hair and are good for your skin too
- 1.Straighten your hair.. 2.Wait an hour or so.. 3.Take a big barrel curling iron.. 4.Take the section of your hair you are about to use.. 5.Put moose in that section.. 6. Curl the hair in with the iron.. 7. WALLAA!! You've done your first.. 8. repeat for the sections you wish to be curled!
- You don't even have to straighten it first. Use a curling iron with a big barrel (1-1.5 inches) and curl your hair. I know it's kind of counterintuitive, but using a curling iron (or big hot rollers) will give you big, bouncy curls instead of the tight ones that come naturally.
- What you can do it use your natural curls. Place some clips on the end of your hair for about 10 minutes (when your hair is wet.) When you take them off your hair will for more S's than ringlets.
