I need some ideas for wedding hair - curly half up and half down.? Does anyone have any pics of their wedding hair or could help me out with some links to some pics? How to do your own hair for your wedding? Im getting married in less than a month, I know im cutting it close and probably should have thought about all this way earlier. I am getting married on the beach and i know that i want loose curls with my hair half up and half down with a flower of some sort. Is it illegal to "do or fix" someones hair for a wedding in Texas? I am not a professional and I do NOT have a license....BUT..... I am not cutting, coloring, or altering the hair in any way, I am simply curling, pinning, and spraying it...... I only charge for gas and supplies, as little as $15 for a full hour and a half! So can I go to jail or be fined if I fix hair for weddings and charge a small fee?? I also make and sell bouquets, is that illegal?? Just trying to do the right thing......
