Where can i find cheap candy for wedding favors? We decided to use candy filled tulle circles for our wedding favors. I got the circles really cheap, but now i need to find the candy. I would like to use pink candy, but cannot use chocolate. We live in Oklahoma and the wedding is in Illinois so the favors are gonna have to stand the heat of the summer. Did I also mention i need them to be cheap. Major budget going on here! Anybody know where i can find this?

Candy Wedding Favors? Where can I find AfterDinner/Butter mints in bulk? My sister in law is getting married soon and we were in search of Richardson mints to fill some tulle bags we bought. When I got married, they had them at Sam's Club, but they no longer carry them. Does anyone know anywhere I can find some sort of After Dinner, Butter, or other type of yummy mints to fill the favor bags? What do you think of Candy Apples as wedding favors? My step daughter is getting married in Fall 2008. She was thinking of having Candy Apples as her wedding favors until a couple of people at her work said they didn't think it was a good idea. Cheap candy/choclate for wedding favors? I need to fill about 150 favors..they are cone-shaped cellophane bags..the cones are pretty long so i will probably need about 20 wrapped pieces of candy/chocolate per cone. wedding favors vs. candy buffet!?? orignally I had planned on using small wine glasses filled with personalized M&Ms wrapped in tulle, with a tiny silver bow at the base of each wine glass.I was going to have the wine glasses already on tables at each place setting. Fall Wedding, I want carmel and candy apple favors? The few places I saw carmel apples for sale in bulk was a little expensive for me. I only want to spend $2.00 max per favor. Looking for a ideal for a do it your self wedding favor.We were going to be doing the candy bars with a custom cover but the no longer sell candy bars in the stores that are wrapped in the silver and then paper.They are now wrapped in plastic. Wedding Favor Candy? I just bought 210 small round tin containers for my wedding favors. I made my own labels to stick at the top of each container. Humane Society donations instead of wedding favors? I’m thinking of donating in my guests names to the Humane Society instead of doing wedding favors (the little candies on your plate when you arrive). I’m going to have plenty of other food, plus a chocolate fountain if they have a sweet tooth. Does anyone know how to go about doing this? I thought it was a good idea. what wedding favors should i give to the kids? Hi all. I'm getting married in August and my theme is wish upon a star. I have found star bottle stoppers, but I can't give a bottle stopper to a kid. I mean, they can't drink! So what do I give the kids? And I don't know how to determine who's what age. I mean if someone is under 21, they don't need a wine bottle stopper. Wedding favors- any suggestions? I'm having a Victorian style, June wedding with swans and red roses (not real swans...). For my favors we are looking into getting/making chocolate swans. Our back-up plan is to fill the little plastic swans with candy. What do you think should go in them? We are trying to avoid the tackiness that usually comes with those plastic swans... Thoughts on Candy Buffet and Favors? What does everyone think of a candy buffet and candy favors. What about personalized M&Ms placed in indvidual wrapped boxs/bags as favors. I'm helping my friend plan a wedding. She wants to do this, but isn't 100% sure I think it's a great idea, but some people think the candy buffet is tacky. She plans on having both a dessert table and a candy table. Some people are germaphobs and don't like their candy all out in the open. Irish wedding favors? We are having an Irish wedding ceremony and reception. I am trying to make wedding favors for the guests. Our budget is low. I have lace that I will cut into circles and tie with green ribbon. Inside of each circle I wish to place a piece of Ireland for 80 guests. What is the best irish tea bags in ireland that I can order over the internet. What is the best hard candy that would be wrapped individually. We have been asked to pay for some "Wedding Favors"? My husband & I will be attending a wedding out of town & are paying for our hotel rm. For some very close friend's daughter's wedding on:7/707. I rec'd. a call from the mother of the bride wanting to know; if we would contribute to help the bride(her daughter) & groom pay for half of their "Wedding Favors"? I said yes. I assumed the amt. for us would be nominal ! "These wedding favors/candy" (I believe with their Nm's., wedding dt.,to give to their wedding guest). Obviously cost $350.00 total. Because, I received an e-mail from the bride thanking us (in advance) for the $150.00 & an address where to send the check). - My ?: Is it proper for any bride to request financial assistance from (non-immediate family member's)? The bride is an "Event Planner" for a major restaurant chain. Lastly, how much should I spend on a wedding gift?
